Tea Ceremony

"Experience a meditative Cha Dao Tea Ceremony to cultivate receptivity, inner harmony and awakened presence. An invitation to slow down and take a pause amid the busyness and distractions of modern life.

Living organic Chinese tea will be shared as a plant medicine - nourishing and calming for the nervous system. Tea assists with grounding the spirit and mindfulness.

We will sit together in silence, drink a few bowls of tea in the ritual of ceremony, and just be present to meet and receive whatever you need in the moment.

There will be a few moments at the end for reflection and questions.
