An immersion into the potency and subtlety of refined prāṇa, where transcendence merges with embodiment.

Guided by Stuart Watkins

July 26, 2–5pm @ Cntre Space

Prāṇāyāma is often taught as breath control — something to master or manipulate. But in its essence, it is a practice of refinement. Of listening closely. Of clearing the way so prāṇa can move freely. Of attuning to the breath as a living current — subtle, intelligent, and already whole.

This three-hour immersion invites you into a more integrated relationship with prāṇa. Through prāṇāyāma, kriyā, somatic awareness, and nāda (sound), we explore the vāyus and the suṣumṇā (central channel) — not to escape the body, but to inhabit it more fully.

As echoed in the Haṭha Pradīpikā:

“Without purification of the suṣumṇā, the central channel, all our seeking for joy and love is in vain.”

Joy, clarity, and freedom arise when the knots (granthis), residues (malas), and inner resistances are lovingly cleared — allowing prāṇa to move unobstructed, from source to heart to crown.

This is not about striving. It is a practice of becoming available and aligned — of letting the breath and awareness do the revealing. Of allowing the nervous system to settle enough for the deeper intelligence to be felt.

Let the breath return you — not somewhere else, but more deeply here.
