As we move through winter, the season asks us to slow — to return to that quiet space within.

What arises for you as you've read that? Perhaps it's the awareness that life feels just as busy as ever, and you're wondering when the slowness is actually supposed to arrive.

Life invites us to move with intention, to be mindful of where we place our attention — because where attention goes, energy flows. This isn't about perfection. There's no such thing.

It's no accident that we're gathering on 08/08. This date carries powerful energy — it sits at the threshold of the Lion's Gate portal, and within the corridor of the Lunar Eclipse on the 12th. A potent window for turning inward, for presence, for release.

As we gather in community at the healing hub of Cntrespace, we'll journey through the layers together — returning to that quiet space within, and cultivating deep presence.

Our retreat arc moves through:

Pranayama — awakening awareness of the breath and what it can unlock within us

Yin Yoga — journeying deeper through the layers, surrendering into stillness

Sound Immersion — bathed in the frequencies of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramid, and shamanic drum. Allowing the vibrations to resonate through the body, the energy field, and the emotions

Tea, nibbles & community connection — returning gently, together.

Together, these practices offer the opportunity to:

Feel lighter, calm and grounded

Reconnect with self — returning to that quiet space within

Release stagnant energy and emotion

Support physical healing and ease in the body

Restore vitality and balance
