Class length
80 minutes

Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is dynamic practice that combines breath control, movement and meditation. This method is known for its emphasis on synchronising the breath with a progressive series of postures, which are practiced in a specific order. This structured approach encourages practitioners to develop focus, concentration and self discipline.
In yogic practices, the balance between prana (inward breath) and apana (outward breath) is crucial. When prana and apana are in harmony, it is believed to bring a state of balance and vitality in the body and mind. By cultivating awareness and control over the breath, practitioners can influence the flow of prana and apana in the body, leading to improved physical health, mental clarity and spiritual growth.
Through the disciplined practice of Ashtanga Yoga, individuals can cultivate inner peace, strength, and clarity, while also experiencing a profound connection with themselves and the world around them.
Beginners are very welcome, no previous yoga practice is required.
