The hips can be thought of as the centre of our universe. Cam will lead the first half of this session by guiding participants through flowing movements to help improve mobility and strengthen the hips. This will be followed by Tony taking us through a beautiful Yin session with a focus on releasing tension in the hips by stressing the bones and connective tissues through the six movements available at the hip joint.
This extensive and thorough session will leave students feeling very open through the hips and very calm to promote being able to move and flow with fluidity and ease.
