Ashtanga Vinyasa, philosophy and chai with Melissa Ciarello Saturday, 22 June 3-5pm. Eastern philosophy contains threads of practical wisdom. By following the natural cycles of the earth, the moon and the sun we become steady and focus our energy inward. This creates a vitality within us that supports our yoga practice, and everyday life.
There is a modern interpretation for one of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras that I would love to share with you, “for those who have an intense urge for spirit and wisdom it sits near them, waiting” this means that how far we may go down this path rests only upon our own effort to seek it.
I look forward to sharing more with you about the Ashtanga practice and yoga philosophy.
This is a normal class so please book in as normal. If you don't have a valid class pass or membership then a 'casual - yoga' drop in pass is whats required.
