Spinal Flow and Yin!
Cam will guide participants through a mindful movement exploration, educating students about the intricacies of the spine and how to move and flow with fluidity and ease while calming the nervous system.
Tony will then take students through a beautiful Yin practice.
With students holding long held static Yin Poses to slowly stress the skeletal segments and Thoracolumbar fascia of the spine in all its 6 movements.
This workshop will have students feeling incredibly calm with a stronger relationship with their body and improved mobility.
