Join us for our weekly handstands and mobility class lead by Cntre Space Physio Sam Moylan.
The handstand journey is an incredible one. A practice to come back to the self. To become centred and well balanced. To learn about the body. To improve spinal, shoulder and hip mobility. To improve shoulder strength. It takes discipline and commitment. And it's completely worth it!
This class will be aimed at beginner to intermediate level. You can come with no experience at all and enjoy diving into the practice amongst the community with expert level guidance.
This class will be part of the Cntrespace schedule and open for drop in classes as well as included in all weekly memberships.
