This class is an invitation to take 45min out of your busy week to sit, reset and relax. Using a toolbox of various Meditation and Mindfulness techniques Cinzia will guide you through a Meditation session that suits all levels from beginners to advanced Meditators. Come and take a moment to connect to the stillness and silence that rests within us.
