Join us for a beginner friendly Kundalini / Breathwork practice, where we gently explore the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga. Through breath, mantra, and seated meditation you will be introduced to simple yet profound Kundalini kriyas, carefully curated with a sequence of breathing techniques, movements, and meditative sounds. Together, we will explore the power of mantra. sacred hand gestures, and calming gaze techniques, ending with deep relaxation to rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. 
No prior experience is necessary. This practice invites you to experience the calming and energising benefits of Kundalini yoga in a supportive accessible way.
