These classes are designed to take you on a journey combining breath and sound healing modalities, to help ground you back into your body and foster a calmer nervous system to help bring you into a parasympathetic state.


The breath exercises that we utilise are a gentle form of breathwork, taking inspiration from Pranayama which is rooted in ancient yoga practices that involves controlling and expanding the breath to enhance physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Many of us are not breathing in an optimal way, without being consciously aware of our breathing patterns.


Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to promote healing and restore balance in the body, mind and spirit. It's based on the idea that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is made up of energy that vibrates at specific frequencies.


Sound healing uses various instruments to create sound vibrations that resonate with the body. The vibrations from the instruments can influence our energy fields, cells, and organs.


With both of these modalities being weaved into one class, combined they may help to stimulate the body's natural healing process, help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, emotional release, promote vitality, release of stagnant energy, enhance mindfulness and mental clarity as well as leave you feeling calm, grounded and relaxed.
