Embodied Rest is a Yoga Nidra class designed to help you take a break from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. This deeply restorative class offers a space to unwind, replenish your energy, and rebuild your capacity to meet life with clarity and steadiness.


Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice completed lying down in savasana. Through systematic relaxation, breath awareness and visualisation, the practice gently guides you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. Here, the mind becomes calm and the body can truly rest. Evidence shows that Yoga Nidra can support nervous system regulation, improve sleep, lower stress, and enhance emotional resilience.


Come as you are, no experience needed. All there is to do is lie down, listen, and let yourself rest.
