HeartMind Electric is a full-spectrum, embodied immersive exploring the intelligent relationship between body, heart, mind, breath, and subtle energy.

This workshop moves beyond the common spiritual tendency toward dissociation or “spiritual bypassing” — where transcendence becomes a way of floating above our humanity — and instead cultivates an integrated, grounded, and functional form of awakening.

Here, we don’t seek to escape the body or the world.

We learn how to inhabit them more fully, intimately with full attention.

The experience includes: 

• Grounding and nervous-system settling

• Pranic activation and breathwork

• Embodied movement and somatic awareness

• Heart–mind coherence practices

• Subtle-body and energetic mapping
