Retreat inward to a space of deep rest and stillness, where you’ll be guided into a nourishing therapeutic yin flow and immersed in sacred sounds.

Therapeutic Yin Yoga combines principles of Yin and Restorative Yoga. During the long-held postures, the body is fully supported by props, inviting you into a place of deep surrender and relaxation. In this safety and comfort, the nervous system softens, stress melts away, and the body naturally lets go — creating space for balance and renewal.

Sound Healing will weave through the journey with instruments such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramid, and shamanic drum among others. You’ll also receive focused sound healing during savasana, allowing the vibrations to resonate deeply with your body, energy field, and emotions.
