Drawing from the wisdom streams of Dzogchen and Tantra, alongside somatic awareness and refined yogic practice, we move beyond conceptual understanding and into recognition itself. Not something to achieve or construct, but something to notice, clarify, and stabilise.
Through an intentional progression of practice — including therapeutic movement, prāṇāyāma, mantra, stillness, and awareness training — perception begins to refine. As the nervous system settles, what often reveals itself is a natural clarity that has been present all along.
From a Dzogchen perspective, this is the recognition of the natural state — open, aware, and uncontrived. From a Tantric perspective, this recognition is not separate from the body, the senses, or the world, but expressed through them.
This workshop is not about peak experiences or altered states. It is about cultivating the sensitivity and stability to recognise what is already here, and allowing that recognition to move into the body — into how we breathe, move, relate, and live.
A live soundscape by Matthew Hatch will support the unfolding of the session, creating a subtle, immersive field that deepens both relaxation and awareness.
This is a space to slow down, to listen more deeply, and to reconnect with a way of being that is simple, direct, and quietly profound.
