Ayurveda for Modern Life

Ancient Wisdom for Health, Energy & Balance

Saturday October 10th & Sunday October 11th
12–3pm each day

For the first time at CNTRE SPACE, we welcome respected Ayurvedic doctor Dr Harsh Agrawal from Rishikesh, India, for two immersive and deeply practical workshops exploring how Ayurveda can support modern life.

Ayurveda is a traditional system of health and healing developed over thousands of years. It offers a remarkably sophisticated understanding of how lifestyle, digestion, rhythm, environment, and awareness shape our health and vitality.

At its core, Ayurveda is less about trends or quick fixes and more about understanding how to live in greater alignment with your own nature.

Whether you’re completely new to Ayurveda or already curious about the tradition, this weekend offers a rare opportunity to learn directly from an experienced practitioner who has dedicated his life to this work.

Workshop One

Foundations of Ayurveda: Understanding Your Nature

Saturday October 10th | 12–3pm

Discover the core principles of Ayurveda and how they apply to your unique body and mind.

You will explore:

• The three doshas — Vata, Pitta and Kapha
• Why people become imbalanced in different ways
• Understanding stress through an Ayurvedic lens
• Daily rhythms for energy, digestion and mental clarity
• Food combining, meal timing and seasonal living
• How to work with your constitution rather than against it

A grounded framework for understanding your body, mind, energy, and natural tendencies more clearly.

Workshop Two

Restoring Balance in the Modern World

Gut Health, Energy & Nervous System Support

Sunday October 11th | 12–3pm

A deeper exploration into how Ayurveda approaches many of today’s most common health concerns.

You will explore:

• Digestive strength as the foundation of health
• Bloating, sluggishness, inflammation and fatigue
• Hormonal balance through Ayurvedic principles
• Anxiety, overstimulation and nervous system support
• Sleep, recovery and restoring natural rhythms
• Herbs, spices and simple home remedies
• Building sustainable vitality in a busy life

Participants will leave with practical lifestyle, dietary and daily rhythm practices that can be integrated immediately.
